1 How can I receive your publications?
All you have to do is to subscribe to our newsletter. When there will be new models or discounts on NIQAB.co you will receive our newsletters. You may subscribe to our newsletter via the link above.

2 How can I pay for my purchases in the virtual store?
In our website, there is three way of payment, which are VISA and MASTERCARD, PAYPAL and MONEY TRANSFER to our bank account. If you have a credit card, you may pay via our secured transfer system. If you have a paypal account, you may pay through this paypal account too. And if you have neither credit card neither paypal account, you may transfer money to our IBAN number. For this, once you have chosen the items you want to buy, you select them in NIQAB co. and you transfer amount of purchased item’s money to our bank account. After this step, you inform us through support desk by attaching your transfer document. Once this step is completed, we are ready to ship your purchases.

3 Can I exchange or return articles purchased at NIQAB.co?
All the products being sold in NIQAB co. are passed under a quality control test and we are happy to annouce that we don’t sell any defective product. With little chances, provided that you might receive a defective item or wrongly sent item which is not your order, you may return it to us in 7 days after item has reached to your destination. Before returning any product to NIQAB co. we suggest you to contact us through SUPPORT DESK. In a case of mecontentement with the product, we happily accept your concerns and we are ready to accept your returns as long as the product is not being used and corrupt by the customer.

4 Is it safe to purchase your articles on your website?
At NIQAB co. we are conscious of the importance of security on the Internet. For this reason, inshaAllah we guarantee you total security for any purchases you make in the online store. NIQAB co. uses the secure payment systems of leading financial entities in electronic commerce. This way, confidential payment details are transmitted directly and in an encrypted manner (SSL) to the financial entity.

5 How much does delivery cost?
We are shipping with Turkish National Post’s registered mail and package service. Shipping cost is included in our prices. Therefore our customers won’t pay any shipping cost other than which is included in product’s price.

6 What’s the delivery time?
Delivery time depends on destination’s distance to our company. We are a company settled in Turkey, therefore your order’s reaching time will depend on the distance between your country and Turkey. We use registered mail. Approximately given durations by National Post are between 7 days up to 14 days. When the customer orders a product, product is being given to the post. After this process National Post gives a tracking number to customer in which all the details and process informations are included. This tracking number will be provided to our customer after her/his order being posted.
